Because our custom wallpaper is specially designed for you, we cannot accept returns. Once you’ve approved the wallpaper design, production begins, and cancellation is no longer possible.

In the case of production errors, damages during shipping, or (self-made) measuring mistakes, we will reprint and reship the wallpaper at no extra cost. Simply send us an email along with a few photos of the wallpaper.

In the case of a disappointing pregnancy, you can return the wallpaper (unused and sealed). Upon receipt, we will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days.
After the photos are reviewed, we will provide an overview of what caused the issue. If Walloha believes the problem was caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, or by misuse from the customer or an affiliated third party, we cannot accept liability for any losses or damages and will not proceed with a refund.
Please be cautious when hanging the wallpaper or hiring someone to help with the installation. Strictly speaking, we cannot reimburse third-party installation costs or take responsibility for installation errors. The wallpaper should be checked for any potential issues before hiring a third party, as we cannot accept cancellation costs if the product is found unsuitable for installation.
Wallpaper circles and decals
Wallpaper circles and wall decals can be returned without giving a reason by contacting us within 14 days of receiving the product. We can be reached by phone at +31 (0) 6 45 249 911 or by email at info@walloha.com. After registration, you have 14 days to actually return the product, including the order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive the return, we will inspect the product before issuing a refund. All returned products must be unused, sealed, and in resalable condition. Walloha reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item is returned in unsellable condition. In this case, we will send the order back to the customer.
Once we confirm the wallpaper circle is in resalable condition, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
